Design Process
It takes approximately 12 weeks from start to finish to produce a Brochure and Map Booklet.
The basic steps are:
- Marketing consultant works with client to create precise design brief (either following Agents own brand image or in some cases helping them establish one)!
- Agent and Marketing Consultant establish target list of local companies for potential advertising
- Design Team work-up creative for Agent-Exclusive Folder and Map booklet following clients' requirements. Design of the Map Booklet incorporates Advertisers own artwork or again is generated from information provided.
- Artwork signed off by all parties and Print process initiated
- Folders and Map booklets delivered to Estate Agent ready for use!
